One Of my fave song for Christmas. On Sunday some children from BPK Bogor sang this song... It's fun to see them sang this song since you can tell by looking the expression of their faces. They didn't enjoy to sang this song.. Huahahaha... Cause when they sang the second song you can see them smiling. (it's indonesian song with faster beat).. :) Still I love this song

This is Better
Dulu g pernah ga sengaja nemu satu site. G lupa nama site itu secara persisnya. G Cuma inget sebagian dari alamatnya. Nah sekarang ini g iseng pengen liat lagi tuh site. Site itu isinya sejenis spoiler. Dilliat sekarang cuma ruin the surprise tapi so pasti menghilangkan rasa ingin tahu.. G coba cari pake keyword yang g inget but ga mincul. Dah gt mulai korek ke history. Ternyata ga mincul juga.. Kayanya dah terlalu lama kali ya… Sampe2 dah keapus. Once in a while g suka hapus history dari site2 yang g gamau kunjungin lagi.. hehehe soalnya kadang jadi racun.. Tapi kalo dah penasaran setengah edan nyarinya.. Semua trik gugel g pake.. Stop for a while
Bertemu dengan masalah mengajakku untuk berhenti sejenak dan berpikir dan merenungkan apa yang terjadi, apa yang seharusnya tidak dilakukan, dan apa yang sebaiknya dilakukan untuk keluar dari masalah tersebut. Apabila hidup diberi tanpa masalah kita tidak akan berhenti, maju terus tanpa melihat ke belakang. Melihat ke depan itu baik tapi tidak ada salahnya sesekali kita melihat ke belakang, memperlajari kesalahan dan permasalah yang telah atau sedang terjadi pada lingkungan kita ataupun orang lain dengan demikian kita tidak jatuh pada lubang yang sama, atau katakan kita menghadapi masalah yang sama kita dapat belajar dari pengalaman yang terdahulu. Belajar dari pengalaman itu baik, tapi lebih baik lagi belajar dari pengalaman orang lain sehingga kita mendapatkan pelajarannya tanpa perlu menghadapi pahitnya. Pengalaman menyenangkan tak apa kita alami sendiri tapi bila pengalamannya tidak menyenangkan?
Masalah membuat kita bertumbuh.
We Know…
Kadang kita terlalu sibuk mencari jawaban dari permasalahan hidup yang kita alami ke luar, kenapa kita tidak melihat ke dalam? Sering kita dalam diri kita sebenarnya sudah terdapat jawaban dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang kita ajukan. Diri kita sebagai aktor dari hidup kita sendiri tentu yang paling tahu (kedua setelah Tuhan sebagai sang Produser dan Director) apa saja yang ada dan terjadi dalam hidup kita. Cuma kadang kita terlalu sibuk untuk menunjuk kepada pihak lain agar kita tak perlu bertanggung jawab atas apa yang terjadi. Kalo kata Ebiet.. "Kita mesti berkaca ......" (Refleksi diri)..
G inget kata guru g dulu. Satu jari menunjuk orang lain, 4 lainnya menunjuk diri sendiri. Atau kata motivator " Take 100% responsibility of your life" kalo kita dah bertanggung jawab penuh kita gakan nunjuk orang lain karena kita bertanggung jawab penuh atas hidup kita. Ketika kita sudah take control of our life, pada saat itulah kita mulai menuju apa yang kita inginkan.

Kebebasan Untuk Tidak Berpendapat…
Baik dalam UUD 45 dan UU negara lainnya dibahas ttg kebebasan berpendapat dan berbicara (freedom of speech). Tapi kali ini g bertemu pada keadaan di mana g dah males berpendapat dan berbicara karena kadang seperti semboyan Ibu Mega "Silent is Golden", ga ding ga segitunya.. Kadang ada keadaan di mana apapun pendapat dan perkataan lo dah gada artinya. Ga bawa lo ke mana-mana, ga ngerubah apa2, jadi ngapain ngomong dan berpendapat? Kalo kata Desi Ratnasari "No Comment". Jadi apa mening g menggunakan kebebasan untuk tidak berpendapat? G yakin kalo ditelusurin lebih jauh dalam kebebasan berpendapat dan berbicara itu pasti diatur pula kebebasan untuk tidak berpendapat dan berbicara…

karena g dah telat tadi pagi. jadi biar cepet mo naek lift tapi tyt banyak juga yang telat.. jadi naek tangga lantai 1-6 nonstop. tibalah g di lantai 6. dengan penuh perjuangan dah kleyeng2. degup jantung terdengar dengan kencang derap kaki sangat terasa.. alias dah ampir kolepsss. PINTU DARURAT lantai 6 ditutup. Turunlah g ke lantai 5 lagi... Berjalanlah g menuju gedung baru. Ya mang hari ini nasib g untuk berolah raga... semua escalator di gedung baru dinyalain... :)

Problem Solved!
jadi g coba browse di inet gmana caranya realplayer biar bisa pake sub tyt not a really good option coz prosesnya ribet. dimuxed dkk yang intinya si sub diembedded langsung ke file pelm.. ribeeet dan belom tentu sukses.
Jadi g mikir hum hum dari dulu realplayer jalan kurang smooth di komputer g jadi g uninstall dah gt install ulang aja sapa tau versi yang baru dah dukung sub.. Ngarep gt.. :P.. jadi ama g diuninstall (caranya bgini ya anak2... buka control panel > add/remove program>cari realplayer>uninstall deh) dah gt g coba lagi jalanin pake mpc tuh pile yang bermasalah.. SUKSES.. jalan dengan sempurna dan ketiganya berjalan bersama bergandengan selangkah dan setujuan.. huahaha jadinya sekarang muter .rmvb harusnya daaah suehat walbijat....
PS: ini kalo istilah kerennya "tripartite" kan baiknya kalo ntn (apalagi pelm berbahasa asing > shame on you kalo pelm indo pake text indo --> apa kata dunia) itu ada 3 : audio, visual, dan text... ehehehe

Soalnya dari ngeliat(ini salah satu hal yang g klasifikasikan melakukan) lo jadi punya opini/ pikiran yang kadang arahnya jadi usil. Kalo kata orang ingsong-ingsong "One thing leads to another." But as a human being, as God's best creation kitakan dikasih akal budi yang membuat kita punya yang namanya keingintahuan, satu hal yang utama yang membuat adanya perubahan, perkembangan dalam human race. Bayangin kalo kita ga punya rasa ingin tahu, atau kalo ga punya tapi ga kita realisasikan gakan ada penemuan baru, penyempurnaan. Kalo orang dah puas ya kita berada pada keadaan stagnan, en there'll be no change (wuoaw kaya slogan Obama "Yes, We can" tapi lo jadiin oposit ya.. Change!)
Pemikiran-pemikiran yang paling hebat datang dari rasa ingin tahu. Kita mulai dari penemuan besar yang bernama dosa.. Manusia menemukan dosa atau setidaknya jadi bersentuhan dengan dosa pertama kali ya karena Hawa penasaran pengen tau rasanya tuh Buah pengetahuan baik dan jahat ( ngomong2 kalo di bahasa ingsong2 ditulisnya jangan2 the good/bad knowledge fruit, huahaha g sedang mengada-ngada) ini cuma dangkalnya aja karena kalo g jelasin kontekstual secara agama ga kukuuuuu, dah gt para filsuf kita ambil contoh dari jaman Yunani kaya Socrates, Plato, Aristoteles, semua pemikiran mereka yang bahkan mpe sekarang masih dianggap relevan itu ada karena mereka pengen tahu ada apa dengan alam, dunia, dan manusia. Dari rasa ingin tahu itu mereka mikir dan akhirnya munculah permikiran2 hebat. Para penemu wui dah gausah diomong semua muncul dari imajinasi, rasa ingin tahu....
So cut the crap and to my conclusion..
"Jelajahi rasa ingin tahumu semasa ... (nah ini bakal panjang lagi)
1. tidak melanggar hukum (kan berabe kalo masuk kantor polisi gara2 rasa ingin tahu)
2. tidak merugikan orang lain
3. usahakan tidak melanggar norma yang ada ( wui kan kita masih hidup bermasyarakat)
4. ga buat papa mama kuatir
5. Than kalo lo ikutin bener2 yang di atas bisa2 lo ga berbuat apa2 cuma ampe rasa ingin tahu aja.. huahaha (sangat kontradiktif)
Coba dipikir apa yang dianggep aneh/ga mungkin jaman dulu sekarang jadi biasa dan mungkin (misal emansipasi wanita, Presiden kulit hitam pertama di Amerika). Tapi ada juga seh yang dulu aneh sekarang masih aneh. Bahkan ada yang dulu biasa sekarang jadi biasa. Ya ada pergeseran nilai di masyarakat kita..
Jadi ikutin kata hati aja deeeee... pusing2..

Kenapa same old brand new? karena secara geografis gedungbaru ini terletak di lingkungan yang sama tapi ya bangunannya mang baru.. jadi sebenernya nie gedung baru itu benernya extension dari gedung yang lama..

AC; yang kaga dikasih preon. Gatau ya kalo di kelas g soalnya kaya sauna.
Nah kalo gedung lama ada yang namanya lantai bergetar.. Coba berdiri di gedung lama daerah belakang. Rasakan dengan telapak kakimu terdapat getaran.. Huahahah ini bukan gempa tapinya di belakang katanya mau bangun gedung parkiran 8 lantai.. Kapan tuh parkiran jadi? biar g bisa parkir di Orchid lagi.
Dulu kalo parkir di syahdan itu yang susah dapet parkiran but since the perkuliahan Fasilkom dipindahkan ke Orchid.. Syahdan menyepiiii.. jadi ada parkiran di syahdan. tidak ada di Orchid...
N hari ini terjadi sesuatu.. tededeng.... suasana mencekam....
ketika Melissa sedang belajar dengan rajin.. tekun mendengarkan Pak dosen berbicara.. tiba2 Jebret.. Mati Lampu cuiii.. (ga nyambung dulu.. kenapa orang suka menyebutnya mati lampu? kenapa? kenapa? kenapa ga bilang gada listrik, gada tegangan, gada watt, gada voltase, gada ampere? dijawab: kalo menurut Prof Mel keren, beliau berpendapat ini disebabkan olah pola pikir manusia yang suka mengeneralisasi sesuatu.. Ketidakadaan listrik secara langsung paling berpengaruh kepada manusia adalah ketidakadaan cahaya. bahkan pada saat Tuhan menciptakan langit dan bumi. Yang pertama diciptakanNya adalah terang. Ini membuktikan bahwa cahaya sangatlah penting bagi kehidupan manusia.. Dan secara g sangat mengagumi Prof ini jadi kita percaya aja laaah.) ruangan menjadi gelap gulita (ruangan kelas g ini ga punya jendela), langsung udara terasa sangat pengap.. nye nye nye gada AC soalnya. buka kaca da gada kaca masa harus bobol tembok dulu.. semua komputer mati.. istilahnya semua berbau listrik mati tapi maikroponnya nyala.. ckck yang jaringannya misah malah maik.. jadi pa dosen berusaha menjelaskan tanpa alat peraga selama beberapa menit sebelum akhirnya beliau menyerah karena pengap.. kuliah pun disuspend.. setelah 15 menit berlalu mulai monitor pada nyala tapi tetep ac ama lampunya kaga nyala. jadi g nulis blog.. Tapi bukan yang ini karena setelah g nulis dengan keindahan.. jebret mati lagi... blom g save lagiiii.. ternyata jadinya listriknya dah ada lagi jadi diswitch ke yang utama lagi sebelumnya kayanya pake listrik cadangan.. Yaaaa dah gitu pa dosen bilang kita istirahat dulu deh setengah jam sekalian nunggu semua siap lagi..
Pas g menuju pintu.. ini masih pada gelap ya.. lampu ama ac semua pada blom nyala.. g melihat sesuatu.. ternyata sesuatu itu adalah teman sekelas g yang sedang tiduran di lantai.. itu yang pertama g pikir tapi ternyata dia bukan lagi tidur tapi dia pingsan.. Buuuset yang anehnya gada yang nyadar dia pingsan sebelum g n temen g yang laen nemuin sosok dia. gada yang liat dia jatooo. mang gelap siii.. Langsung g lupa tau g tau temen g itu bilang "Pa, .... Pingsan!". .... langsung digotong ke ruang apa gitu.. penyebab pingsannya .... masih belum diketahui tetapi menurut pnuturan kita sebut saja N .... mang sudah beberapa hari ini kurang sehat. Pada shift ke2 datenglah Protekom (nama keren keamanan di kampus g) untuk mengambil barang milik ..... Ya dapat disimpulkan ..... pulang..

Why are drapings used in surgery colored green?
They're not green. They're blue.
This question ultimately comes down to why we have such a specific ritual of sterile technique in the OR, and I'll answer the "color" question in that context.
Other than a few extremely rare places that choose to use some sort of reusable cloth drape, all OR drapes are a disposable impregnated paper and synthetic fiber material that is designed to be moisture resistant.
The sterile drapes on the patient are blue. The sterile drape on the back table is blue. The sterile wrap on the equipment tray is blue. Even the surgical gowns are blue and are made of basically the same type of disposable moisture resistant paper/plastic material.
Why are these all blue? It's simple. By convention the blue areas are sterile and can only be touched by people who are "scrubbed in", meaning that they've washed and gowned and gloved in the standard way to handle sterile equipment and work inside the sterile field.
There are other people in the operating room who are NOT scrubbed in. The anesthesiologist is not in sterile attire, although they are wearing a hair cover and a mask. There is a circulating nurse who helps supply the people who are scrubbed in, and this circulator is not in sterile attire, although like everyone in the OR, they wear a hat and a mask. Those who are not scrubbed and working over the sterile field know not to touch or to reach over or across anything that is blue. To do so would be a violation of sterile technique and would necessitate the re-draping of that spot with a new blue cover.
The sterile field is considered to be anything on the top surfaces of those things that are prepped sterile and draped in. The top surface of the draped patient is sterile, but the blue drapes hanging down the side of the table are no longer considered sterile. They're "contaminated". The top surface of the back table is sterile, but again, the drapes hanging down the sides are no longer sterile once the drape has been placed. The top surface of any "Mayo stands" (tray tables that are used beside the OR table) which are fully draped to the ground are considered sterile, but the drape that hangs down from the top is treated as yet another contaminated surface.
The OR gown, when the packaging is opened, is completely sterile. Once it's put on, then only the regions from the chest to the waist and from the hands to above the elbows are considered sterile.
Ultimately, the truth is that "sterility" is more of a method than a state of cleanliness. By that, I mean that there are bacteria everywhere and what we do is to minimize them, but they're not going to be completely gone. We use disposable equipment because the manufacturing process is much more efficient at eliminating bacteria than a cleansing process is on used equipment. There is a constant stream of disposable material used in the operating room, that is used and then moved off the field, taking contamination with it. The method involved in maintaining a minimized bacterial count involves starting with sterilized materials and then replacing with fresh sterilized materials any time there is a potential source of contamination. In a sense, the most important contribution to the maintenance of a sterile field in the operating room is the constant stream of garbage being created.
I like to describe this flow of waste disposables as being like a "river" and we use it to capture bacteria in the "current" and carry them downstream into the garbage bags where they're safely out of the field.

I'm a surgeon.
Actually, it's not a convention, at least not initially. Up until the 1950s, the drapings were white. Surgeons complained about the reflected glare from the bright Overhead lights. Some intelligent person suggested that the glare would be less with a pastel color, and green seemed the most pleasing. Over the years, blue has superseded green as the preferred color.
So it might be convention now that only those scrubbed in touch blue drapings, but it didn't start out that way.

Lived thru the era. Worked in OR in 1950s. Green drapes were used in our hospital's major operating rooms. Minor ORs still used the old white ones until they wore out. (The Sisters of Charity were good women, but they were nevertheless very thrifty.)

Rangkuman Khotbah Minggu Ini : Ajarilah aku bahasa cinta-Mu..
Dikatakan 3 hal yang penting dan akan tersisa pada akhirnya adalah 3. Iman, Pengharapan, dan Kasih. Dan yang paling terpenting dari ke-3nya adalah Kasih.
Pada 1 Korintus 13 : 4-8a yang berisi ajaran kasih..
Kasih itu sabar; kasih itu murah hati; ia tidak cemburu. Ia tidak memegahkan diri dan sombong. Ia tidak melakukan yang tidak sopan dan tidak cari keuntungan sendiri. Ia tidak pemarah dan tidak menyimpan kesalahan orang lain. Ia tidak bersukacita karena ketidakadilan, tetapi karena kebenaran. Ia menutupi segala sesuatu, percaya segala sesuatu, mengharapkan segala sesuatu, sabar menanggung segala sesuatu. Kasih tidak bekesudahan;
Dikatakan kasih yang dimaksud pada ayat-ayat di atas adalah karakter dari Tuhan Yesus, Cara hidup dari Tuhan Yesus. Yesus pernah berhadapan dengan masyarakat yang sedang marah. Mereka hendak menghukum seorang wanita yang ketahuan berzinah. Menurut hukum Taurat, hukuman yang pantas untuk seorang penzinah adalah dirajam sampai mati. Yesus harus mengambil sikap antara menolong sang wanita dan menaatai Hukum Taurat. Yesus mengambil sikap dengan mengatakan kepada masyarakat bahwa apabila ada salah satu dari mereka yang tidak berdosa maka ialah orang pertama yang berhak merajam wanita tersebut. Pada akhirnya smua orang yang sudah berkumpul itu membubarkan diri tanpa melukai wanita tersebut. Karena mereka sadar bahwa mereka semua adalah orang berdosa. Semua manusia adalah berdosa.
Di sini Yesus tidak membela perzinahan tetapi Yesus mengajarkan kita untuk menghadapi masalah dalam hidup kita bukan dengan kemarahan, kebencian, perbuatan yang menghancurkan. Membalas orang yang bersalah kepada kita dengan hal yang buruk itu mudah. Tetapi Yesus mengajarkan kita untuk menghadapi hal seperti itu dengan perbuatan yang membangun, diharapkan oleh-Nya kita dapat mengarahkan orang tersebut ke jalan yang benar agar terjadi pertobatan. “ ANAK MANUSIA DATANG BUKAN UNTUK MENGHUKUM, MELAINKAN UNTUK MENYELAMATKAN.”

“Segala sesuatu yang kamu kehendaki supaya orang perbuat kepadamu, perbuatlah demikian juga kepada mereka. Itulah seluruh hukum Taurat dan kitab para Nabi.” Cintailah orang lain terlebih dahulu jika kaku ingin dicintai. Hormati orang lain terlebih dahulu bila kau ingin dihormati. dst
Intinya Khotbah minggu ini adalah: Sebagai anak Tuhan yang hidup dalam kasih Allah pancarkanlah kasih melalui perkataan, perbuatan, tingkah laku dan karakter kita. Sehingga orang yang bertemu dengan kita merasakan Allh bukan sebagai Allah yang jauh tetapi Allah yang dekat karena seperti 1 Yohanes 4:16b yang kurang lebih berisi : “Allah adalah kasih dan barangsisapa yang hidup di dalam kasih maka dia tetap hidup di dalam Allah dan Allah berada di dalam dia”. Kasih adalah memberikan semua yang dapat kau berikan (Giving all you can give). Ketika kita berhadapan dengan masalah hadapilan dengan cara yang membangun jangan menghancurkan.
